Thanksgiving is such a busy week for everyone. The hustle and bustle of cleaning, shopping and cooking is in full swing. I can't believe Christmas is only a month away. I've been busy getting the last of the spring bulbs in the ground. Cleaning up around the yard and making sure the leaves don't take over has also been on the agenda. I'm so ready to just sit down and relax with a nice slice of pumpkin pie! Here are some of my latest photo a day snaps below!

Do you have a favorite Thanksgiving dish or dessert you look forward to each year? Pumpkin pie and apple pie are pretty much tied for me! I always adore the day after Thanksgiving. That's the day I chow down on all of the leftovers. I can't wait to start putting up Christmas decorations around the house! You can follow my daily pictures over on Instagram here. November 23, 2016 at 9:11 amLovely photos. I’m a great flower lover and respect your gardening abilities. I tried growing veggies for a while and now just buy from local growers (who don’t use chemicals). I have a little more success with flowers. I would love to have some of your beans from those beautiful beans in your hand. I love all beans! Happy Thanksgiving!

December 2, 2016 at 6:52 pmThank you very much Carol! I just adore growing flowers 🙂 I buy from local growers as well, it’s a great way to support the local farming communities! If I don’t feel like growing something that needs lots of care, but is still edible I grow herbs. Growing some on my window right now. Basil & mint are super easy! Aren’t those beans beautiful? They are my favorite!

November 22, 2016 at 10:35 pmI love your texture filled photos.Scarlet runners make a colorful addition to the kitchen when placed in a jar on the shelf. All your fowl seem happy, just like your photos in a previous post.

December 2, 2016 at 6:48 pmThanks so much Rhonda! I completely agree, they are so fascinating to look at 🙂 The fowl friends are doing well, I’m sure they aren’t looking forward to the ponds turning to ice though.
